Scaffolder - Mining/Maintenance Contract (Permanent Role, Orange Nsw)

Integral Scaffolding are actively recruiting local Scaffolders to join our core crew. The core crew are responsible for servicing a permanent maintenance contract with a local mine 20km south of Orange NSW.

We recently signed another 3 year contract with the client at that mine site - and are looking to maintain a core team with guaranteed, regular work. This position is for 5 days a week (10 - 12 hour days), with Shutdown work and some weekend work as required.

If you are a qualified scaffolder looking for consistent, reliable work where you can earn leave entitlements and go home to your own bed each night - this position may be for you.

Permanent full-time work is available. Candidates must live within 100km of the mine site, or be willing to permanently relocate to Orange NSW for the role.

Integral Scaffolding offers above award conditions and staff earn above award wages. Wages are scheduled based on the candidates qualifications - e.g.  Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding Tickets. Additional allowances for Mine, Residential/Commercial and other work conditions are offered in addition to base wages.

We believe your last hour on the job is worth just as much as the first, and so as part of our wage package, we also offer:

• Superannuation paid on all time worked.
• Leave Accrual on all time worked (includes Sick and Annual Leave).
• Meals Allowance when working on site.

E.g. A permanent full-time scaffolder starts at their base hourly rate, plus allowances, plus super and leave entitlements on all time worked.
