Rubix Solutions are currently seeking an EVM scheduler on behalf our of our leading global defence client in Melbourne, VIC.

Tasked with managing/leasing with both enteral project, engineering and finance teams along with external project customers, subcontractors and technical staff. This position would ideally suit an ambitious and dedicated PM with exposure to EVM reporting enrolment and scheduling within Defence/Government.
Requirements:
- 3+ years scheduling expertise
- EVM experience essential - experience in delivering and managing EVM tools to produce Earned Value reports
- relevant certification - PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP etc
- Exisiting NV1 security clearance (or above) essential
- Prior experience in defence or fed gov sector
- Notable cost management experience
- Demonstrable experience managing key stakeholders within defence environment.
- Demonstrated experience with scheduling software (MS Project, Cobra and OPP)
- Develop and maintain a program contract master schedule - will also have responsibility to develop detailed customer schedules and be the primary point of contact for regular updates of the schedule.
- Act as an SME regards ongoing management, usage and standards for project scheduling as well as the Earned Value Management (EVM), in particular in the use of the EVM System and scheduling tool
- Provide PM support to the Program including subcontract development and management support.
- Schedule management - Develop, monitor and control the project schedule in the company’s corporate scheduling tool; OPP. Maintain the baseline schedule and manage changes via formal baseline change process. Provide all risk, issue and schedule-based reporting information.
- EV & Cost Management - Conduct of regular system and project audits, ensuring adherence to EVM requirements, maintenance of system views, codes, etc., and administration of users.
- Development and maintenance of EVM processes, procedures and work instructions
- Create and maintain project controls risks within the project risk/issue register.
