About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Scheduler in our Currambine office for a 12-month
Maternity Leave Cover scheduling for our Allied health and Nursing team. This role supports our internal friendly Allied Health and Nursing team with managing their workload, calling clients to book in assessments, managing referral priorities and scheduling in their visits.
About youYou will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at problem solving. You’ll have a passion for delivering excellent customer service along with:
- Scheduling experience, ideally in a home care setting
- Fulltime role Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (we can be flexible with this)
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to use your initiative and problem-solving skills
- Cert III in Office Administration/Business or equivalent is desirable
- Covid and influenza vaccination is preferred but not required
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
