SCHEDULER

We're looking for a Scheduler, who has exceptional attention to detail, takes pride in their work and looking for a long-term commitment, with opportunity for career progression.
Role Summary:
- Providing an excellent standard of customer service to all clients
- Accurate and efficient data entry
- Creating jobs and quotes using SimPRO
- Coordinate and schedule our team of Tradesman and Apprentices
- Liaising with technicians, Suppliers, wholesalers and clients.
- Liaise with and support managers
- Following up on purchase orders and ordering materials.
- Maintaining accurate job descriptions and job notes throughout SimPRO
- Ensuring all paperwork/documentation is completed, received and/or sent as required.
- Answering incoming phone calls made to the office.
- Following up on all enquiries and e-mail correspondence in a timely manner.
- ADHOC administration duties

- Time management and prioritising skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive in a busy working environment with ability to work autonomously.
- Strong professional telephone and greeting manner.
- Ability to think quickly, and make decisions when required.
- Have confidence in asking questions and for support when needed.
The following are not essential, but would be highly regarded:
- SimPRO knowledge preferred
- Proficient in Excel
- Background in Scheduling preferred.
