- Running daily and weekly supply chain reports in SAP to ensure stock accuracy and reconciliation.
- Coordinating daily with sites and third-party logistics providers.
- Monitoring "Stock in Transit" to maintain acceptable levels.
- Liaising with Customer Service Representatives.
- Updating additional freight charges weekly.
- Managing the invoicing process for all regional freight providers.
- Processing redirected deliveries and liaising with sites.
- Monitoring shared inbox queries and correcting documentation in SAP.
- Experience in an Admin/PA position, or experience in a similar distribution role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Knowledge of distribution/logistics is advantageous.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
