About the role:ACU Brisbane currently has an opportunity for an
Administrative Support Officer to join them in a full-time ongoing role, providing
Scheduling Services and timely collection and processing of data in accordance with published timelines and the university's policies and procedures. This role will see you providing assistance to key stakeholders. You will also provide a high level of
Administrative Support to the Coordinator, Timetabling and Room Bookings or Coordinator, Examinations and Results, to support the efficient operation of these functions.More specifically the role entails:
- Scheduling teaching and learning activities for all campuses
- Scheduling and coordination of examinations on all campuses
- Quality assurance in preparation for release of academic results
- Managing ad-hoc bookings for non-teaching and learning activities.

- Total remuneration valued to $95,827 - $103,735 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $80,975 - $87,658 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
