In return you will be a valued team member, be offered flexibility and experience a meaningful career in an exciting, ever-evolving aviation industry.The Role & The TeamReporting to the Project Scheduling Team Leader, you will be responsible for contributing to efficient and effective delivery of projects through development and refinement of assigned project schedules, analysis and maintenance of inter-project dependencies and production of project schedules using standard templates and resource demand reports enabling successful project management. You will ensure data quality is managed through regular liaison with Project Managers, and all organisational governance requirements, management policies and standards are adhered to in the execution of the project.You will be part of a collaborative and inclusive team, maintaining effective working relationships with team members, stakeholders and other Airservices staff to ensure there is effective coordination of all project activities in support of organisational objectives.In practice you could be supporting schedules to deliver new aviation fire station facilities, replace radar systems and radio communications systems to name a few.Please see the link below to view the full Position Description:
The PersonThe successful applicant will have:- Formal tertiary qualification in related or equivalent field
- Industry experience in project scheduling, preferably with effort driven scheduling techniques
- Demonstrated ability to use a variety of technical applications, Microsoft Project Scheduling software, Microsoft Office, Visio and SharePoint, PowerBI and/or equivalents
- Experience in a project server or project online environment using a shared resource pool to develop schedules with respect to other organisational commitments and projects
- An understanding of project governance
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, paying attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under limited supervision and manage competing priorities and timeframes
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
