BCMC Safety Solutions is an industry leader in providing compliance services and innovative technology to support the real estate industry.
We are currently seeking a candidate who has a positive and energetic attitude, has an excellent phone manner with clear and concise communication skills. This role is full time between Mon-Friday. Office is centrally located in North Lakes.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to;
Answering directly to Supervisor / Scheduling coordinator.
Scheduling technicians each day.
Solving issues in regards to property escalations and prioritising urgent requests.
Managing information into our online portal.
Out-bound calls and in-bound calls relating to coordination of technicians (no sales calls).
Following policies and procedures.
Your skills will need to include:
Proven experience in Customer Service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
A reliable & self motivated individual with a positive attitude.
The ability to use initiative.
Must have conflict resolution skills.
Must have exceptional time management skills and have the ability to multitask.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Must be reliable and have an enthusiastic work ethic.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve KPI's in a team environment.
Experience in the real estate industry and/or smoke alarm industry is preferred but not essential and previous scheduling experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
