We have an immediate start for an Office Co-ordinator with experience and a passion for Customer Service and Scheduling.

About You:
Communicator: You'll have extensive experience working in a customer focused role and love building rapport with existing and new clients
Centre of the business: You'll have experience and love being the central point of the business, liaising between suppliers, operations teams, sales and Scheduling.
Outcome focused: You'll enjoy seeing clients projects being completed and be driven by achieving positive feedback and getting those awesome 5 star reviews.
Autonomous: You love working as part of a team but are equally comfortable working autonomously to achieve sales and Scheduling quality jobs
Detail Oriented: You take pride in the nitty gritty and love ensuring orders are accurate 100% of the time
Scheduler: You have experience scheduling small teams of trades (Earthmoving, landscaping, deliveries) and trucks to ensure things run smoothly
Sales: You are confident providing product knowledge (training provided), providing quotes for turf supplies, asking for a clients business over the phone and ensuring products and services are delivered on time
