As our mine site expands, we are seeking a dynamic Mobilisation and Site Services Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month max term basis. Reporting to the Production Superintendent, this role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency at our Beverley Site. This is a FIFO role on a 4/3 roster.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the site entry processes and streamline the process for administrative productivity.
- Develop and nurture relationships with contractors, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor flight manifests with the goal of maximizing efficiency in the business's flight schedules.
- Generate regular reports on contract performance, risks, and opportunities for management review.
- Support key project roll outs, such as implementation of new software.
- Create systems for feedback regarding camp and catering services.
- Where required, support daily office operations, including supporting site admin staff.
- Ensure administrative practices adhere to HSE standards and regulations, coordinating with relevant departments to maintain compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in administrative workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as directed by senior management.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally FIFO environment.
- Experience in contractor management.
- Experience in travel coordination and mobilisation process.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, word and excel.
- Car License
- National Police Check
