Administration Officer to undertake a diverse range of administration tasks within our busy
School Office. You will work as part of a collaborative team providing services to parents, students, school staff and the wider school community.
Duties include:- telephone and email management
- administration of filing and online management systems (eMinerva)
- assisting School Leadership with various administration tasks
- assisting with organisation of school events and activities
- Communications and marketing (Newsletter, social media and marketing management)
- first aid duties (First Aid certificate required).
About you -- Administration experience desirable
- sound Microsoft Office skills essential
- display proven communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multi-task.
This role is fixed term until the end of the year however has the potential to extend and transition to a continuing position. A cover letter addressing the criteria outlined above, should be included with your application.To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
