You will work as part of a collaborative team providing services to parents, students, school staff and the wider school community.Duties include:

• telephone and email management
• administration of filing and online management systems (eMinerva)
• assisting School Leadership with various administration tasks
• assisting with organisation of school events and activities
• Communications and marketing (Newsletter, social media and marketing management)
• first aid duties (First Aid certificate required).

About you -

• Administration experience desirable
• sound Microsoft Office skills essential
• display proven communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to multi-task.

This role is fixed term until the end of the year however has the potential to extend and transition to a continuing position. A cover letter addressing the criteria outlined above, should be included with your application.To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
