We are currently seeking casual Events & Logistics Officers to support our team during busy times.
The primary focus of these positions is to work co-operatively and pro-actively as a member of an experienced team to ensure the highest standard of presentation and safety is maintained throughout Sunshine Coast Grammar School.
The following duties are representative of the day to day responsibilities of this role, however, duties are subject to change from time to time depending on the operational requirements of the School:
- Set up for school assemblies, sporting and other special events and functions.
- Traffic control within the school grounds during peak periods.
- Goods received delivery.
- Security protocols and support.
This is a casual position with varied and flexible hours due to the nature and timing of events at the School.
All employees must hold a current Working With Children Blue Card prior to commencement.
The successful applicant must have a good degree of physical health and fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items.
