We are seeking a motivated, intelligent and enthusiastic professional to join our team of frontline School Officers.
The Curriculum SupportSchool Officer will work in close partnership with the College Leadership Team and demonstrate outstanding levels of professionalism and discretion.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge and experience working with data manipulation, formulas/functions and pivot tables
- Proven experience working with reporting and data management
- The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to adapt to change and apply prior knowledge to any system/database
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once
- Confident working with a range of stakeholders to meet organisational goals
- A commitment to excellence in the provision of professional services
- Outstanding communication skills
- A positive disposition and a genuine desire to work in partnership with college staff, students and families
