The Opportunity

This role focuses on recruiting apprentices and school leavers for early career opportunities at PWR, involving tasks such as maintaining relationships with schools, organizing presentations and career fairs, and assisting with recruitment processes. Additionally, the role provides administrative support to the Training Manager, including coordinating training programs, maintaining records, managing the work experience program, and contributing to the development of PWR's training academy. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in attracting, selecting, and developing talent while ensuring the smooth operation of training initiatives to support the organization's workforce development goals.

Your Skills and Experience 

The ideal candidate for this role should possess prior experience in education, vocational training, or workforce development, with a strong understanding of apprenticeship programs and career pathways. They should have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including schools, educators, and community organizations, and should be proficient in organizing presentations and events to promote opportunities. Additionally, strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and learning management systems are preferred, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment.
