Role Outline:
- Supporting role for Scitek Field Sales Personnel
- Respond to phone, email or online sales enquiries
- Administer accurate, timely quotations
- Administration of purchase and sales orders
- Follow-up of Scitek quotations and assistance with sales pipeline management
- Provide Customer service, operational or administrative assistance
- Liaise with vendors/suppliers.
- Outbound phone call campaigns to follow up on marketing and special projects or campaign events
- Assist logistical activities of Scitek inventory or resources
- Assist with trade displays, conferences or vendor visits
- Precise and timely documentation of all work performed through Netsuite CRM
- Proactive Sales of Equipment Health Check, Preventative Maintenance Agreements and Extended Warranties
- Ensure clean and professional work environment
- Comply with all OH&S requirements onsite and offsite
- Assist Scitek Management with Special Projects
