ABOUT THE ROLE:

PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with a leading biotechnology company specialised in processing, manufacturing and distributing allograft tissue products, is recruiting a Quality Officer to support their quality systems activities and ensure that their manufacturing activities meet GMP standards and TGA requirements.

About you:

• 2 years of experience in a GMP -regulated environment, preferably in the Pharmaceutical / Medical Device industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in science (Microbiology).
• Strong time management and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities: (but not limited to)

• Assist implementation and maintain comprehensive GMP program for the production and manufacturing processes in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Assist developing, maintain, and improve quality management systems to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines, including the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits and inspections to assess compliance with GMP regulations and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and respond to audit observations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Identify potential risks to product quality and compliance and develop risk mitigation strategies. Conduct risk assessments and contribute to the development of risk management plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data, monitoring quality metrics, and implementing process enhancements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
