Job Description
The project is scaling up and requires an additional Scrum Master to support the increase in squads and size of the program. The current Scrum Masters are already well at capacity and unable to take on additional squads. Without a new Scrum Master the teams will have limited support in adopting and uplifting agile ways of working which will impact their ability to deliver at the same pace as the other squads. The program has a large amount of cross-squad dependencies so it is vital that the new squads are able to effectively manage their product backlogs and plan their sprints accurately.
The Successful Applicant
Knowledge, qualification, skills and experience required
- Resource management
- Azure DevOps experience
- Strong communication and facilitation
- Deep knowledge of Scrum and agile ways of working
- Industry experience standing up teams
- Some domain knowledge is preferable but not essential
