­­­What is the role?
Responsible for the managing the product lifecycle for Mortgage Organisation and its products. This role will work with Product owner and Product Manager in product management to drive the delivery of innovative product solutions across the Australia and New Zealand Valuation. You will work with a range of stakeholders to create, define, and manage product initiatives as defined in the roadmap and ensure operational readiness across the organisation. This role is critical to the product development process and will help drive the delivery of our commercial outcomes and a market leading customer experience for our customers. The role is part of a dynamic team located in Australia and offshore that will contribute to the commercial success of the business overall.
­­­What will you be doing?
Setting up Scrum practices within the Mortgage Origination Platform program
Embedding Scrum practices within delivery teams (backlog management, story estimation, tracking , maintain documentation and reporting through team cadences)
Removing impediments for delivery teams by escalating to program leads
Enhancing over execution on the Mortgage Origination Platform program
Aligning teams to CoreLogic Project Management practices
Introduce Agile Engineering Practices to delivery teams.
Coaching individual team members on Scrum practices
Host Daily Stand-up Meetings as required.
Assist the Program Leads with backlog management.
Lead and manage on non-prod/production deployment
Job Qualifications:
Are you the right fit?
At least 5 years of IT Project Management and 3 years of practicing Scrum coupled with tertiary qualifications;
Experience with API’s
Delivering with multiple remote teams (multiple geographical regions and flexible working arrangements)
Have a background in delivering application via gitlab.
Expert understanding in Scrum and Agile methodologies
Some knowledge of Project Management principles
Experience in working with professional services organizations.
