Your New Role

In this role, you will work to ensure teams deliver swiftly and effectively, and you will ensure standard tools, agile practices and principles to deliver solutions are adopted.

• Practically apply agile methodologies to manage planning and execution
• Run relevant ceremonies: facilitate events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Actively coach and mentor the team in adopting practices
• Provide delivery updates
• Measure and analyse the effectiveness of deliverables.

• SCRUM Certifications are a must have
• Demonstrated success in coaching teams towards high performance
• Strong understanding of various software development life cycle models
• Expert knowledge of Agile project management principles, practices and ceremonies
• You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
