The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Management and Learning professional within our Risk Strategy & Transformation team to further develop the capability of the team and provide a portfolio view of change across Group Risk & Compliance to support sustainable change outcomes. This role will work globally with cross-functional teams to gather the insight needed to build change capability, support risk and compliance training, and influence delivery planning for strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives and strategic goals.
Your new role
In this role you will:
Establish a Change Management Community of Practice to lead the development and maturity of change management capability across Group Risk & Compliance.
Work closely with Change Managers in the Transformation team to ensure alignment between BAU and Transformation change activities, with oversight of change resource requirements.
Support business SME’s to assess the impact of change initiatives on people, processes, and systems and how to effectively use change methodologies and tools to successfully deliver their change.
Partner with learning specialists in the People function to build risk and compliance capability programs along with maintaining and enhancing existing programs.
Collaborate with communications partners to create s strategic communication plans and content.
As required, analyse, plan and deliver change management strategies that align with strategic outcomes
Identify and address potential resistance to change by developing and implementing strategies to promote a positive and collaborative culture.
Embed and evolve the Risk & Compliance intranet site, encouraging collaboration and a sense of belonging across the global function
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Drive ownership of change through influence, relationship building, and negotiation, identifying and coaching SMEs and leaders in appropriate change tools and interventions.
About you
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, you will have extensive experience in a Senior Change Manager or Change Portfolio Lead role within financial services or a risk function.
You will also have:
Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable change in a complex organisation
Sound knowledge of Project delivery methods.
In depth understanding of change management techniques, frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in creating a change community of practice, building an environment of collaboration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to conduct and interpret change impact assessments, training needs analyses and stakeholder analyses.
Demonstrated capability to develop creative and innovative solutions for engaging communications.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is required.
