Positions:
We currently have multiple opportunities for Processing Operators and Knife Hands at our modern Royal Park facility.
Duties include (but are not limited to) quality control, grading, cutting and filleting Kingfish, prepare and packing, forklift.
Positions are casual and ongoing, offering full time hours 6.00 am - 2.00 pm Monday to Friday, excellent pay rates, and a supportive team culture.
We are looking for punctual, energetic and proactive employees with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced processing facility. A commitment to working within strict hygiene requirements in a chilled environment, following specific food production processes and procedures is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Previous Manufacturing/Food Processing experience
- Competent Knife skills - filleting experience highly advantageous
- A commitment to working within strict hygiene requirements
- Quality Control experience an advantage
- Forklift an advantage
- Ability to follow safe work practices and procedures at all times
- OH&S and First Aid an advantage
- Ability to work within a physically demanding, chilled environment
- Ability to take direction from supervisors and make changes as required
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Have a great eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
- Good communication skills
- Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual
- Ability to work when required
- Own transport to and from work
- Unrestricted working rights within Australia
