We are seeking a talented SEO/SEM Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts based at our Head Office in Springwood.

Key duties of the role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for relevant keywords in the motorcycle industry.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms and trends in the motorcycle market.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media channels, to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
- Provide regular reports and insights on SEO/SEM performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications related field OR a minimum of five years experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in SEO/SEM roles, preferably within the motorcycle or automotive industry but all experience considered.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
