You will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures for our retail locations
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems
- Train and educate retail staff on security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and provide timely reports to management
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to address and resolve security issues
About You:
- Valid State Security Licence (mandatory)
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
- Security experience in Retail or Commercial environments
- Control room experience (for Control Rooms Operators only)
- Minimum of 3 years years of experience in retail security management
- Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in conducting risk assessments and implementing security measures
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to retail security
