The Property Coordinator is also directly responsible for the coordination of valuable information, relationships and resources. It is also the front of house for all property department matters such as answering telephones, receipt of incoming deliveries and mail.

About You
We have deliberately not provided set and narrow selection criteria. However, it would be expected that the
successful candidate will:
- knowledge, skills, and qualifications relevant to this role
- TAFE certificate in secretarial or administration, or equivalent qualification or experience
- driving Licence Class C
- demonstrated experience in administration and/or property sector, ideally in the management of property asset portfolios and / or financial systems
- demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office and facilities management programs
- excellent customer service skills including ability to handle complaints
- excellent problem solving and negotiating skills.
- demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines.
- excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Understand and adhere to the College’s Child Safeguarding policies and practices.
