ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking Maintenance Worker to work on a Permanent Full-time basis at Seaforth Gardens Aged Care located in Gosnells.
Seaforth Gardens Aged Care Centre is home to a close-knit community of residents and staff, who are like family. Our homely, single-storey residence contains vast landscaped gardens with a water feature and courtyards that have hillside views of the surrounding greenery.
We strive to deliver holistic aged care and support to all our residents. If you consider yourself to have good work ethic, a friendly disposition and great communications skills, and you genuinely want to make a contribution to the lives of others, then read on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out building and grounds maintenance including gardening
- Supervise contractors attending the site
- Complete regulatory equipment checks
- Assist with general labouring, site clean up and support services
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience as a gardener, trade assistant or Maintenance Worker
- An understanding of building compliance and certification
- Drivers licence, Covid Immunisation, WHS knowledge
