WACHS has created a new and exciting leadership position. We are looking for an engaging and collaborative leader for this significant and impactful Business Unit in the Midwest!

Reporting to the Operations Manager Midwest, The Security Supervisor Manages the day to day operations of the WA Country Health (WACHS) Security Service to ensure delivery of a quality service in accordance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Provides high level technical expertise to stakeholders including the WACHS Executive, in the areas of security risk assessment and management, crime prevention, environmental design and security investigation. Contributes to the development and review of WACHS Security policies, procedures and operational guidelines; facilitates and monitors implementation at the operational level to ensure required outcomes are achieved.

You are a team player and have the ability to handle complex situations in a diverse and geographically broad values driven environment. You will have the capability to organize work to reflect priorities and achieves outcomes within dedicated timelines

You have excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiations skills with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of work safety and health, risk management theory and practice.

You use initiative and commitment to follow up on matters, proactively source information drawing on available resources to provide quality service delivery;

You can think flexibly with a desire for service delivery innovation. You will be able to demonstrate the WACHS values of community, compassion, quality, integrity, equity and curiosity.
