Form of workMAVS is a growing South Australian business providing commercial Security, Data and Audio-Visual installations. We are looking to expand our friendly and motivated team with an enthusiastic technician/trainee who feels they will thrive in a dynamic work environment through all stages of the installation process.
What the work will look like:
- First, second fix installation and commissioning of commercial security products and systems (CCTV, Alarm/Security Systems, Intercoms, Access Control, and Integrated Systems)
- First, second fix installation and commissioning of commercial SCS, MATV and AV systems
- Post installation maintenance for the above systems
What we require:
- White Card
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Have or able to obtain all required Police & DCIS clearances
- Have or able to acquire any site required Covid or Flu vaccinations
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Additional qualifications that will benefit your application:
- Previous experience in installing and commissioning any of the following commercial Security, Access Control, CCTV, SCS, MATV and AV systems
- A valid SA Security Licence and Open Registration Cabling Licence
- Experience commissioning security and access control system
- Licence to operate an Elevating Work Platform (EWP)
- Experience with fibre structured cabling installations and commissioning
