Welcome to your new role!  

We are looking for a full-time Corporate / Consumer Senior Account Director / Account Director, based in either Sydney or Melbourne for a 12 month contract (Parental Leave Cover).
  
You will partner with high-profile key clients – with lots of scope to drive new relationships via our creative agency partners AJF, Khemistry and our digital partner, GO Performance.
  
You will manage programs of client work to deliver exceptional communication, media, influencer, and social media outcomes; be a trusted adviser to clients; prioritise well for yourself and others; and fit with our values.

You love teaming up with junior staff, providing guidance and mentoring, collaborating, and contributing as part of the larger agency team. Your commercial savvy and strong relationship management skills will help you understand your client's business, respond to their commercial and communications needs, and respond to new business opportunities.
  
What we’d love to see from you:

• At least 6-8 years of experience in a consumer or corporate PR agency
• Advanced and integrated knowledge and experience in:
  • PR, digital PR, social media and brand activation
  • Consumer communications strategy and creative development
  • Corporate communications
  • Earned media strategy and campaign management
  • Social media and influencer marketing strategy and campaign management
  • Events and experiential campaigns
• Outstanding relationship management with the ability to partner with and advise clients
• Strong commercially savvy strategic thinker with a creative approach
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor juniors
• Exceptional project management and verbal and written communication skills
• A committed team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent initiative and sound decision making ability
