The opportunity:
As M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment's Senior Account Director, you drive fully integrated campaigns, leveraging all agency specialisms like PR, influencers, partnerships, social, content, and experiential.
Leading major clients, your passion for sports, entertainment, and culture guides you in creating distinctive, award-winning campaigns that deliver measurable results. Employing an earned-first approach and maximising rights, you connect with consumer passion points, collaborating with Strategy, Creative, and Specialist Leads to optimise campaign effectiveness.
A snapshot of what you'll do:
- Overseeing planning, ensuring high-quality execution, and delivering results aligned with client briefs.
- Establishes trusted relationships with existing and new clients to develop and deliver world-class work that maximises our agency’s capabilities.
- Takes on the role of main POC with key clients for any new briefs, anticipating opportunities and challenges, and proactively troubleshooting to prevent issues.
- Work closely with Strategy, Creative and Specialist Leads to contribute best-in-class partnership ideas and opportunities to creative briefs and responses.
- Plays a senior role in the agency, driving briefs and project direction, pushing the team to create ideas and fresh thinking that challenges the status quo.
- Establish trusted relationships with your team and promote a collaborative, team-based culture between departments within the Agency.

Your ideal experience:
- Demonstrable experience of taking the strategic lead on major partnership and sponsorship deals and delivering outcomes that deliver above client expectation.
- Experience working with major media / rights holders, brand collaborations and ambassadors.
- Experience building and leading relationships across both large and small clients.
- Experience leading client relationships with exposure to Board-level decision makers.
- Proven experience of working collaboratively with Creative, Strategy and Comms teams to develop and sell ideas.
- Business/Marketing degree or equivalent.
