We are looking for a motivated Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team to work on a number of exciting projects for our valued, high profile clients.
As the Senior Account Manager (SAM), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent delivery of projects to clients and partners. Your responsibilities include planning, end-to-end execution of promotional programs, and working with our supportive team to help contribute to the growth and satisfaction of existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Manage multiple accounts, building positive relationships with all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Account Managers on day-to-day operational processes, campaign setup, optimisation, and troubleshooting
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and exceed key performance metrics.
- Establish and oversee processes including; fulfilment, verification, customer service, and prize logistics.
- Liaise with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders for effective campaign execution.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and deliver effective client presentations, highlighting post-campaign analysis and improvement opportunities.
- Manage weekly campaign status documents (WIPs) for projects
- Focus on maintaining superior service levels and operational excellence.
- Contribute to Ongoing Improvements:
- Contribute to presentations including client pitches.
- Apply integrated, strategic thinking to projects and campaigns.
- Work with the team on recommending process improvements for greater company efficiency.
- Financial Accountability:
- Ensure project revenue targets are set and achieved.
- Collaborate on program evaluation at the completion of each program.
- Focus on the growth of existing client revenue.

- Intermediate knowledge of software packages, including MS Outlook, MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
