The agency specialise in brand first design for FMCG products – focusing on brand identity, packaging, and comms.
They don’t believe in a one size fits all solution and spend time to understand the full brand journey, matching message to reaction and action.
They are 5 years young and growing and seeking an experienced Senior Account / Project Manager or Account Director.
- You'll be positioned as their client partner and will work as part of the agency team, running client accounts – day to day and future focused activity.
- You will work closely with the founders, building trusted partnerships with our clients – developing rapport, and unbreakable relationships internally and externally.
- You will be responsible for the running of your allocated accounts whilst always mindful of opportunities inside and out.
- You would be joining an established start-up, meaning you will be expected to wear many hats – working on a variety of different brands (categories) and client outputs.
Core responsibilities:
Client Facing
- Managing day-to-day projects, aiding clients in projects and planning – becoming a trusted advisor and support they can’t do without
- Being responsive and proactive to client needs and requests, identifying where opportunities lie and exceeding expectations
- Developing and managing solution focused proposals with senior leadership support
- Being flexible and adaptable to circumstances – solution focused
- Selling and defending the creative product; confidently presenting and positively challenging briefs, feedback, proposals and financials with the client team
- Possessing a naturally inquisitive nature, striving to learn and understand our client’s business and industry; identifying opportunities and proactively unlocking new conversations
- Reporting into agency leaders / founders – balancing autonomy with proactive updates – recognising when to elevate issues
- Be confident in creating articulate, inspiring, and creative briefs (where required)
- Ensure the smooth running of projects and our relationships, ensuring high standards are met and the company reputation grows
- Ensuring work / workflow is managed efficiently and effectively – proactively recognising when support is required
- Supporting with financials and reporting on expected monthly billings
