About the role

• Full time position
• 12-month contract (January - December 2024)
• $80,000-90,000 p/a, depending on experience

About You
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with minimum 5 years’ experience, responsible for client account management and the professional delivery of Hospitality and Event projects reporting to the Directors of Partnerships and Events.

You’re a strategic thinker who understands the machinations of the events industry, someone who can:

• Lead development of best in class creative
• Be a proactive, solutions driven client manager
• Understand client business and objectives and add value to their activities
• Collaborate with the Willett team to develop excellent creative solutions
• Identify and create new business opportunities

Key Duties:

• Ensure flawless, value added outcomes for client projects and activities
• Develop best in class creative output with focus on innovation and impact
• Business growth - maintain and grow existing clients and contribute to new business development
• Actively nurture client relationships at all levels but with specific emphasis on senior management

Management Tasks:

• Establish and maintain a positive team approach with client accounts
• Maintain a positive and productive Willett team environment
• Manage overview of client projects, financial administration and documentation
• Oversee, supervise and implement reporting mechanisms which guarantee that all staff under your management perform utmost level for client service
• Contract and Event Negotiation - insurance requirements, legal liabilities and record keeping

Project implementation:

• Ensure the delivery of client projects as agreed on time, on budget and adding value where possible
• Attend Events and connect with senior clients to ensure successful execution of all requirements
• Event reporting, ROI, post event documentation
