About The Role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, your role is to support the implementation of the Electrolux Home Product's retail business strategy, in order to successfully achieve the required State turnover, profit and market share objectives.
This will be achieved via your ability to establish and drive effective business relationships with retail channel partners, leading and developing the Account Management team whilst also maintaining responsibility for a designated account territory.
What You'll Do
Territory Management;

  • You will be responsible for managing an assigned business territory, implementing business strategies to ensure achievement of revenue and profit targets by driving sales revenue of the relevant categories and products.
  • Within your Account Territory you will manage sales activity via training, product positioning, execution of promotional activity and the education of retail sales staff, to build their skills, understanding and confidence in selling our product portfolio.
  • Formulate business strategies which align with Key Account investment and promotional activity to increase market share, drive volume and a profitable product mix to meet the commercial objectives.
  • Your strategic focus is to drive profitable growth whilst executing a remarkable consumer experience.
  • Ensure that there is clear communication to the field sales team around the business plan and key priorities.
Team Leadership;
  • You will drive a high-performance culture via ongoing coaching and mentoring of the team in their roles, providing continuous feedback.
  • Communicate with key retailers to ensure business alignment, as well as interacting with key internal stakeholders, communicating market intelligence and competitor activity.
  • Maintain high data integrity demonstrating proficiency with Cognos, JDE and/or other IT based platforms.
Who You Are
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales Account Management role, within the White Goods industry or Consumer Goods Industry
  • Exposure to people management and development
  • You have a vision and a purpose, and you can inspire and influence others to not only share it, but apply their abilities to achieving it.
  • You are driven to succeed and focused on leading your team to achieve
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer orientation, a desire to identify and meet the needs of your customers
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Completed study in Sales, Business or a related discipline advantageous
