I’m currently working with a Progressive accounting firm who are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant. This is a newly created role due to the continued growth of the firm, and with over 100 staff and 7 business units there will be plenty of growth in your future also.


Your role will include:

• Preparation of financial statements and taxation returns for companies, trusts and individuals
• Assist with developing client relationships
• Client facing role for the right candidate
• Review work of junior staff
• Mentoring junior staff

Requirements:

• Completed CA/CPA
• Experience as a Senior Accountant within a mid-tier firm (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills with a history of working directly with clients
• Strong work ethic and pro-active mentality
• XERO experience (preferred)
• Ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organisational skills, deadline driven
