Main Responsibilities: Month end processes including closing the month and preparing financial statements for the groupAssist the CFO with preparing budget and cost/price analysis on requestPrepare P&L and balance sheet reconciliations to provide commentary on relevant variancesMonthly accruals, prepayments, intercompany reconciliations and maintain asset register for the groupAccounts receivables (government grants) and payroll responsibilities for the groupOversee Accounts Payable function with the finance officersGuide and mentor junior members of the local and overseas finance teamAd hoc reporting and analysis as required. Candidate Profile and skills required CA/ CPA qualified.Experience in healthcare, aged care or NDIS industry is an advantage but not a mustBusiness partnering skills to build effective relationships with operation stakeholders.
