This is done through a University level diploma of travel and tourism and a fully supported job pathway with roles in the Whitsundays, aviation, live abroad, Flight Centre, hotels, sustainable tourism and tour guides. ( )What you'll do

• Monthly reporting of student intakes, programs, CRM (HUBspot), academic achievements, Fee-help payments, progression and graduation
• Monthly reporting and analysis of student events, projects and strategic business plans
• Month end close and preparation of financial reporting and analysis
• Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Completing forecasting and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant accounting standards and FCL minimum standards for financial systems and processes.
• Key member of management team to drive the business forward
• Design management reports effectively capturing key business indicators.
• Assist with the implementation of systems and process improvement initiatives

Your skills and qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• At least 3 years' experience in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar.
• Completed Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar or studying towards.
• Working towards CPA or CA Qualified highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to develop relationships at all levels.
• Proven teamwork skills.
• High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change, growth and fast paced environments
