- Manage operational and administrative tasks to ensure maximum efficiency in the delivery of the Program, including assessment of grants stages and progression of applications to reach agreed milestones.
- Provide quality service to customers via inbound phones calls in response to various contractor, applicant or general public queries regarding the Program.
- Resolve specific customer problems in an efficient and courteous manner including assessing applications for grants, liaising with stakeholders including applicants and contractors.
- Provide first level escalation and management of queries or complaints, and where relevant, escalate concerns to supervisor/manager.
- Proactively set, monitor, and review performance KPI's with staff with any issues being addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high standard of grant management practice through identification of issues, risks and exceptions for review and continuous improvement.
- Prepare accurate and timely data and reporting to support Ministerial and other requests for information.
- Consult and collaborate with supervisors and staff on matters of customer service, policy, procedures, and standards, and contribute positively within a team environment and supporting other staff.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to foster productive working relationships to ensure best outcomes for the program and participants.
- Monitor finance and invoicing activities.
- Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and are a part of day to day operations.
- Contribute to the maintenance of an effective records management system, including integrity of data input, by adhering to records / information systems, legislation, and procedures.
