This position is a 10-month contract role within the internal finance team, to backfill and provide support as a result of an internal project.
The Role
Your Role May Consist Of The Following Responsibilities
Assisting with the analysis of financial data and preparation of draft reports; Assisting with monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all entities; Assisting with other financial reconciliations as required; Assisting with preparation and maintenance of the fixed asset register; Assisting with preparation and maintenance of prepayments; Assisting the accounts payable team with preparing local and international payments for processing; Accurate coding and data entry of daily invoices into the accounting system in a timely manner; Assisting with accounts receivable processes for daily receipting; Prepare and posting recurring and ad-hoc accounting journals as required; Maintain accurate process notes, documenting changes to key processes and enhancing existing documentation; Provides excellent customer service through collaboration, effective communication, delivery of outcomes; Manage e-mail inboxes to ensure timely responses to queries; Ensuring adherence to firm policies; Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls; Share knowledge with team members through effective communication; Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; Assisting with Group Finance activities when required; Other ad-hoc duties as required.
