SalaryThis is an exceptional opportunity to form part of a thriving organisation and support across the end-to-end Accounts Payable function.
Your main duties will include:
- Facilitating the full end-to-end Accounts Payable function, as well as assisting with accounts receivable and treasury duties.
- Manage term deposits, contacting financial institutions for options and providing succinct recommendations to the finance leadership team.
- Follow procedures and policies inclusive of the process to pay policy ensuring POs are raised where appropriate and encouraging colleagues and stakeholders to also follow policy.
- Provide a high-level of customer service to all stakeholders ensuring relationships are built effectively whilst you manage expectations.
You will be a highly experienced Accounts Payable Officer who can work both autonomously and in a team environment.
Ideally, you will bring:
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and the ability to apply this knowledge to solve problems independently.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a flexible attitude ensuring policies are followed whilst prioritising the building of stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication skills and high level of service to SLA’s.
- IDEALLY: Previous experience working through an ERP system change.
