Details: Provide first and second level technical support for operational issues associated with systems and infrastructure supported by the Critical Systems and Infrastructure Hub.

⦁ Liaise with vendors and service providers including Digital, Data and Technology Services (DDTS), users and other technical staff in relation to system support, maintenance, and enhancements.
⦁ Undertake investigation and research activities relating to assigned ICT related tasks.
⦁ Provide technical support services to ACT HD Digital Solutions Division staff members including assisting in the assessing and prioritisation of technical requests and undertaking technical project tasks.
⦁ Develop and maintain relevant technical documentation.
⦁ Undertaking other duties appropriate to this level of classification that contribute to the Directorate.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements: Compliance Requirements/Qualifications

1.Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
2. This role requires you to obtain and maintain an Australian Government NV1 Security Clearance. To obtain this, you must be an Australian citizen. If you are not successful in obtaining a security clearance, your employment in the role will not commence. If you have already commenced, your employment will be terminated.
3. Be available to work on an out of hours roster to support the 24/7 nature of the Health Critical Systems environment.

Professional / Technical Skills and Knowledge

1.Knowledge of the clinical and or administrative systems currently used by ACT Health would an advantage but not essential.
2.Qualifications in ITIL or experience working in an ITIL environment would be an advantage but not essential.
3.Experience in the support and management of Health IT applications.
4.Knowledge and experience working with Critical Systems such as Duress, Nurse Call and Paging are highly desirable.
