- Provide frontline (as needed, based on location) and telephone reception service, including responding to a broad range of telephone enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, and exercise discretion when referring the query to HR staff.
- Monitor and maintain the HR mailboxes and respond to general enquiries relating to HR services and refer non-standard / complex enquiries to the relevant HR staff member.
- Undertake general administrative duties including mail processing, photocopying and scanning, collation and distribution of documents and correspondence, filing, and routine ordering and processing activities relevant to the office environment.
- Maintain electronic records and information systems for the efficient operation of HR, including the coordination of the conviction checks and Working with Children registration processes.
- Work within a team environment and undertake a range of tasks as directed by the Manager - Recruitment, including preparation of recruitment-related correspondence, in accordance with established processes and procedures.
