Your new company
We are looking for a Senior Operations Administrator dedicated to learning, encouraging feedback and demonstrating continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for administrative management, working closely with the Operations and Safety Manager and Team to provide support. You will assist various internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best possible service, including meeting important deadlines to ensure compliance and effective management of the administration associated with daily operations.
Your new role
- Electronic filing, Database Management, Coding of invoices, updating of spreadsheets
- Assist with reporting and review, prepare and distribute relevant documentation and communications
- Answering phones promptly and ensuring messages are delivered in a timely manner
- Assist with diary and calendar management of Operations and Safety Manager and Team Leaders
- Organise meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, prepare meeting agendas and documentation, minute taking and follow up on action items as necessary
- Assist with the completion and submission of compliance documentation, ensuring it is lodged accordingly
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - ability to uphold strong working relationships
- Excellent delivery of service to ensure internal and external stakeholders are attended to in the first instance
- A self-starter who is capable of working autonomously where required and with competing priorities
- 2-3 years experience in a senior administrative role
