Senior Administrator - Work With One Of The Best Managers In Melbourne!

This dynamic and growing chartered accounting practice provides professional services in the areas of Business Services, Tax Compliance and Auditing.

They currently have an opportunity for a Senior Administrator who is looking for a role that will allow for more client interaction and has a clear career path. You will report into a successful but very approachable and relaxed manager who takes the time to mentor and support.

Some of your duties may include:

• Assist with diary management
• Organizing catering and couriers
• Managing Xero
• Sending out confidential documents to clients
• Liaising with the ATO and ASIC 
• Oversee junior staff members
• Database management

The successful candidate will:

• Have a minimum 4 years experience in an Australian accounting practice 
• Have had exposure to MYOB AE, Xero, BGL and APS
• Strong attention to detail
• Be personable and have excellent communications skills
