- Develop and prepare written submissions, reports, formal project plans, briefing notes, correspondence and documentation to key stakeholders and senior executives for approval of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and programs.
- Develop and manage communication and marketing strategies to promote Diversity and Inclusion programs, promoting and encouraging all employees to be aware of and committed to workplace Diversity and Inclusion principles.
