An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Advisor Diversity and Inclusion to provide expert advice, undertake, coordinate and deliver on Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and matters. • Develop, implement, and evaluate Diversity and Inclusion programs, strategy and action plans for SCHHS.
• Develop and prepare written submissions, reports, formal project plans, briefing notes, correspondence and documentation to key stakeholders and senior executives for approval of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and programs.
• Develop and manage communication and marketing strategies to promote Diversity and Inclusion programs, promoting and encouraging all employees to be aware of and committed to workplace Diversity and Inclusion principles.
