Role Overview:
As the Senior Advisor, Innovation, you will play a central role in managing the innovation program and leading program management functions for the Innovation team. Your responsibilities will span across various domains, including innovation program development, program management leadership, and strategic communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovation Program:
- Develop and implement internal governance processes to nurture innovative ideas.
- Plan, measure, and monitor innovation performance metrics.
- Document processes to foster innovation within our business ecosystem.
- Support the development and delivery of the Innovation Roadmap.
- Lead PMO functions for the Innovation & Enablement team.
- Develop and lead reporting mechanisms to showcase group achievements and outcomes.
- Support the development of the Technology business plan and related reporting.
- Assist in implementing group and innovation communications plans.
- Craft compelling communications collateral across various channels.
- Manage relationships with military engineering schools providing interns.
- Coordinate intern placements and related logistics.
- Working with senior executives, providing comprehensive coordination and support in program management and reporting.
- Extensive program management and project coordination experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Building strong working relationships.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Capability in a broad range of technology solutions, including MS Office suite, Jira
