Working with the Principal Learning and Development Advisor, you will support a complex design process to translate a broad vision for executive development into tangible deliverables.
Your role will help to scope and source development for our most senior executives and then partner with external providers to bring a sustainable program to life

We have one position in the Capability team for 12 months (based on current funding). If successful in your application, you will help scope and deliver a new, department-wide Executive Leadership Development Program - within the approved budget and timeframes.
We are looking for someone with exceptional stakeholder management skills who can ‘hit the ground running', as this project involves management of multiple stakeholders and has set timeframes for delivery.
This role includes:
- sharing your professional expertise in good-practice learning design to support executive development across DJAG
- supporting the Principal Learning and Development Advisor to collect and analyse audience requirements and then contributing to the design of a learning solution to fill capability gaps in identified areas of need
- working with the Principal Learning and Development Advisor, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to deliver executive capability initiatives, especially during the procurement, customisation and implementation of externally sourced solutions
- supporting the overall Learning and Development services provided by Capability and Culture (including virtual and classroom-based facilitation).
