About the role:
We have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Senior Advisor - Remuneration and Benefits to join our team. Reporting to the Team Lead, this role will provide specialist advice and day to day management of the Water Corporation's remuneration and benefits policy and frameworks.
What the role will involve
- Prepare research, data collection and analysis to assist in the development of Water Corporation's remuneration strategy
- Provide support and conduct periodic reviews of the annual salary review processes.
- Assist with the review, development & continuous improvement of our job classification procedure to ensure effective, benchmarked and consistent outcomes
- Support the recognition and reward programs and provide strategic advice to ensure continuous improvement.
- Participate in salary surveys (Korn Ferry, Mercer, NRG)
- Manage day to day aspects of employee benefits programs, including salary packaging, novated leases and employee discount programs
Key skills and experience
You will have a degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related discipline, along with considerable experience of remuneration and benefits practices in a large and diverse organisation. You will have knowledge of total reward management and experience with implementation. Your effective communications skills, along with the ability to build collaborative relationships will be key to success in this role. Experience with Hays job classification, or similar methodologies will be desirable, along with strategic workforce planning.
