About the role:
- Coordinating, undertaking and reporting on the annual Non-State Schools Accreditation Board (NSSAB) approved program of School Compliance reviews and audits.
- Developing and delivering streamlined school risk and compliance operating processes and resources to equip and enable principals and school leaders to fulfil their school risk, compliance and reporting requirements.
- Building school level capability in risk management and compliance.
- Have demonstrated depth of professional knowledge and application of best practice and contemporary risk and compliance management
- Experience in auditing is highly desirable
- Have or be able to rapidly acquire and apply expert knowledge of Non-State Schools Accreditation Board requirements.
- Possess highly developed written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships and engage with senior and middle leaders to influence local change management.
- Be motivated, organised and have strong attention to detail.
- Be able to travel to schools within the Archdiocese of Brisbane and hold a current drivers licence
- Hold or be eligible to hold a Positive Notice Blue card work working with children.
