About the role:

• Coordinating, undertaking and reporting on the annual Non-State Schools Accreditation Board (NSSAB) approved program of School Compliance reviews and audits.
• Developing and delivering streamlined school risk and compliance operating processes and resources to equip and enable principals and school leaders to fulfil their school risk, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Building school level capability in risk management and compliance.

About you: To be successful in this role you will:

• Have demonstrated depth of professional knowledge and application of best practice and contemporary risk and compliance management
• Experience in auditing is highly desirable
• Have or be able to rapidly acquire and apply expert knowledge of Non-State Schools Accreditation Board requirements.
• Possess highly developed written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships and engage with senior and middle leaders to influence local change management.
• Be motivated, organised and have strong attention to detail.
• Be able to travel to schools within the Archdiocese of Brisbane and hold a current drivers licence
