Senior Analyst, Asset Management

You will play a crucial role in supporting our client's Asset Management function and driving the success of their impact investing portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, this position offers an exciting opportunity for investment professionals or professionals with a management consulting background to transition into the investment sector. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximise the strategic objectives of our client's investment targets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement Asset Management policies and processes to maximise the impact and financial returns of our client's investment targets.
• Actively engage with companies and partners to ensure the delivery of agreed business and growth plans throughout the funding program lifecycle.
• Provide strategic input and support during the transaction phase, leveraging your management consulting background to advise on value-creation activities.
• Promote the firm's reputation capability and investment success through effective stakeholder management and support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of investment and corporate plans.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative ecosystem for impact investing initiatives.
• Manage and develop Asset Management capabilities within the organisation, contributing to the growth and development of the team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• A background in private equity, venture capital or management consulting, with a strong understanding of business strategy and value creation.
• Demonstrated interest in impact investing and a passion for driving positive social and environmental change.
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience in financial modelling and valuations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, particularly in risk monitoring and reporting.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, business, or a relevant discipline.
