This role will execute day to day cyber operations, provide expert advice on architecture, security controls, and mitigation strategies across a broad range of corporate on-premise and cloud systems.Our range of interesting and unique projects leverage the latest technologies to ensure Australia’s superior defence capability continues to keep Australia safe.You will join a local team and be backed with global expertise as well as a tailored professional development program to ensure you and your work are successful.Key Responsibilities:Monitoring of systems and providing Incident Response.Maintain records and advises relevant persons of actions taken.Creation of security documentation.Identification of systems with vulnerabilities or misconfigurations.Perform system risk assessments and threat hunting.Provide general advice on system security.Assist with Governance, Risk, and Compliance activities.Skills, Experience and Qualifications:Requires a University Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Systems Engineering, or similar discipline, or equivalent experience.GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) is desirable.Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) is desirable.Linux or Windows Server System Administration experience.Experience with security incident and event managementThis is your chance to belong to an inspiring team and build your career at a company that invests in your future.As our employees say, we do great work at Raytheon Australia and it’s great to #workhere.Successful candidates must be an Australian citizen and/or eligible to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as needed.
